Fire Safety Enforcement Board of the Emercom Ministry of the Russian Federation (St. Petersburg Office) shall be responsible for fire prevention operations in St. Petersburg. The department approves project layout (in part of civil defense and emergency management requirements), and corresponding detailed design sections.
