Committee for Urban Construction and Architecture of Leningrad Region

The Committee focuses on developing the urban construction policy in Leningrad Region, and construction projects in various towns.

The main functions of the Committee for Urban Construction and Architecture are as follows:

• development of the general master plan concept for Leningrad Region;
• development of land use and development rules (LU&DR);
• Developing Planning and Land Surveying Projects (PLSPs) for various towns and zoning of municipalities;
• coordination and approval of construction projects for new construction and reconstruction;
• Preparation of City Development Plans and many other tasks;
