The clients of our company are offered the service of investment projects integrated. Peter Development customer service has the potential to accomplish a complete cycle of the entire project, starting from the marketing research stage and continuing with the stages of a business plan preparation, development and phased approval of project documentation. This process is completed with the most important final stage – the commissioning of a fully functional object.

Customer service¹ is a comprehensive service for the object turnkey capital construction. Organizations, interested in our services, will have turnkey complex works performed by Peter Development employees:

1. - selection of the land plot for the object location, obtaining of preliminary specifications for engineering capacities, assistance in the transaction conclusion;

2. - consulting, including marketing research and business planning;

3. - obtaining of initial permits for the  initial design, assistance in drawing up technical specifications;

4. - development and approval of a site design and survey plan, if required;

5. - resolving issues with engineering networks, obtaining specifications and conclusion of contracts;

6. - project implementation (the stages of front end engineering and design, project, working design and working documentation) by Peter Development company, obtaining all the approvals related to the above, preparation of the project estimate and obtaining the expert opinion;

7. - obtaining the permit for construction, designer supervision;

8. - adjustment of the project estimate, conducting tenders for the execution of contract works, conclusion of contracts with contractors;

9. - supervision over compliance with the estimate, the quality of works and work schedules;

10. -  commissioning of the object;

COST OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The functions and costs of the services provided by the customer service are discussed in detail in the section “FEE –DEVELOPMENT – the work of the customer service in the new environment”. Depending on the functions performed in each investment project, the cost of the services provided by Peter Development customer service ranges from 1% to 6% of the estimated cost of the project.

The cost of services is primarily affected by the following factors:

- the scope of work and tasks delegated to the customer service (one can single out 15 major types of work that can be performed on-site by the customer service);

- the funds invested in the project – with the amount of investment increased, the Investor can save money due to the economy of scale;

- the complexity and uniqueness of the project, which of course affects the value of all investment stages of creation of the object;

- the labour intensity and level of responsibility of the functions transferred to the Customer Service.

Individually for your auto business, in compliance with your technological requirements and characteristics of corporate identity (brand book), we created a modern, comfortable and functional building – a home for your business. We will provide the design and construction of car showrooms, technical and dealer service areas, carwash complexes.

We will prepare for you a site design and survey plan and get it approved, the site being scheduled for new construction (of course, if such a plan is required), we will develop a building programme taking into account your process requirements. We will ensure the construction process and commissioning of the building.

It is possible to reconstruct or “legalize” the construction (squatter development).

We will ensure the construction process and commissioning of the building.

It is possible to reconstruct or “legalize” the construction (squatter development).
