THE EXECUTION PLAN  OF THE BUILDING OR CONSTRUCTION

The execution plan stage includes zoning, major construction and finishing materials and engineering network schemes. The materials are developed in the form of several albums (volumes) that contain all the main data regarding architectural, construction and engineering solutions, energy supply, communications, transport issues, etc.

Changes can be introduced as the project develops; however, it must be taken into account that this would extend the time needed to develop the project documentation. It is at this stage that all the materials are approved in various bodies and establishments and undergo expert assessment.
