Development of the commercial real estate object concept
- is a concept of developing commercial real estate (with the financial model), which allows to determine the recoupment period and the degree of demand for facilities of this class. Our staff have extensive experience of designing concepts ranging from B, B+ and A class business centers to a full-scale concept of an international level congress venue.
Commercial real estate object concept (with a financial model) allows to determine the recoupment period and the degree of demand for facilities of this class. Our staff have extensive experience of designing concepts ranging from B, B+ and A class business centers to a full-scale concept of an international level congress venue.
Commercial real estate includes office, trade, hotel and exhibition real estate. We would like to give an example of congress (exhibition) real estate.
In 2006, our employees participated in the development of Congress Center investment project, preparing a marketing study of the global market of business tourism.
The study covered all areas of the world's business tourism industry. It included data on the most successful convention centers of the world (about 400 worldwide), service infrastructure, economic performance indicators and business travelers.
The study considered the situation in business tourism in St. Petersburg and after a marketing analysis offered a concept of construction and operation of a world class CONVENTION CENTER.
The investment project included the development of a schematic design of the CONVENTION CENTER.
The table of contents of the marketing report is shown below.
