In 2006 the experts of Piter Development completed an order placed by an investment company to investigate the investment potential of the Russian coast of the Black Sea.

The study included all land and real estate markets on the coast. The goal of the study was to find the underpriced segments on the market of the Black Sea coast and determining growth points for investment and development.
