A project to improve the value of land (increase of capitalization of the facility) includes several stages of work shown in the diagram below:
In the progress, risks and tax payments are minimized thanks to our experience of the development of tracts of land. The period of performance – up to 1 year (up to the date of the offer for the buyers).

WHAT BECOMES THE OWNER OF THE LAND DURING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT
As a result of implementation of the project, the owner's land mass gets formed land plots residential, commercial, warehouse or industrial purposes and measured ready for sale
Customers will be offered a liquid land, having:
- - a certificate of ownership and cadastral passport for the land plot;
- - the connection of utilities (preliminary or work);
- - City Development Plan permission (SDP);
- - made "in the nature" of a land plot;
The cost of such sites is typically increased by 1.5 - 2.5 times the initial price.
